About this Cook
I'm Old, I'm foxy, and my name is Bob hence the Oldfoxbob nick name. I'm retired due to health. I'm 56 yrs old. My mate Robb and I currently live in an RV Motor home and travel the USA in it. I have cooked in Village Inns, Hotels, and cafe's professionally.
My favorite things to cook
Hamburger supprise, Pork Roasts, Fried Chicken, and just about anything chicken.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mother was a lousy cook, She would fix a meat loaf and the fly's would fix the screen door and lock it on the way out. The cockroaches would scream and run away when she cooked anything. Her rolls you could use as paper weights and hammers. So I learned on my own how to cook. Being a single guy all my life I had to cook for myself and my friends.
My cooking triumphs
Won several contest's locally. Esp for my hamberger supprise, smothered pork chops and chicken enchallada Casserole.
My cooking tragedies
Made a Chocolate moose cake and dumped the moose on the top of the stove missing the cake totally... still tasted good though.

Gravy Baked Pork Chops
I do this in a elect skillet, brown the chops, add the soup and one can water, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 mins covered, Serve with mashed potatoes, yummy.

Steph's Tuna Casserole
This is good but lacks any luster...I added Salt and Pepper and a little onion and it was far better that way. Very good then.
