Teriyaki Onion Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2013
I probably used less sauce than the recipe called for and also added some blue cheese crumbles. #Delicious!

Hamburger Soup I

Wonderful and easy! I just used mixed veggies instead of the raw carrots and celery and frozen corn. i did use the onion and pretty much left everything else the same.

Italian Sausage Fried Rice

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2008
My family loved this. I used fresh tomatoes instead of canned and didn't have the juice that comes from canned tomatoes so it was a little less tomatoey! (Is that a word?) I also used frozen mixed veggies instead of just peas. Anyway, the family loved it and said to cook it anytime! It's very easy as well.

Gingered Pork Chops in Orange Juice

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2008
This recipe was pretty good actually. Rather than bread the pork chops, I just cooked the onion, then added sherry (since I had no brandy), then the orange juice and I cooked pork chops that were seasoned with all the recipe called for right in the juices. Very good flavor. My husband like it alot!

Cinnamon Sweet Potato Chips

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
I did like this recipe. The first batch did have about 1/2 of the chips get burned but I found that was because of the various sizes. It's important to stay with "same-size chips" or take smaller ones out first and leave bigger ones in the same length of time. It's also important to keep them thin. You can adjust your oven temp or cooking time for soft/crisp results. I used organic sweet potatoes and other ingredients for an even healthier recipe!
