Cali's Sinful Creme Brulee
a very tasty treat. Here's what I do to increase the sinfulness (if that is indeed a word). I bake it uncovered and it always sets perfectly. This admittedly creates a slight film which becomes undetectable once the top is torched. The consensus among tasters at my house is that less bruleed sugar is more for the carmelized topping.

Big Al's K.C. Bar-B-Q Sauce
Big Al, you are my hero. This sauce is amazing. I recently returned from a business trip to KC where every meal consisted of BBQ in some form. I tried a lot of sauces and this one is as good as (or better than) any I tried. This BBQ sauce goes well with any kind of meat (burnt ends, chicken, sausage, pork, etc.) Thanks again for a great recipe
