Broccoli Chicken Casserole III

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2013
This sounds like a casserole I used to make, starting with Nooodles Romanof, which you can't find anymore. Thanks for posting.

Wow, delicioius. Left out hominy and added chopped bell pepper. But neither were responsible for the fabulous taste. Thanks for sharing.

Ed Zieba's Famous Family Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2012
Delicious. And diet friendly. I cut most of the fat off the pork chops and sometimes add a little balsamic vinegar to the water. I must have fixed them a dozen times already. Thanks for a simple, but fabulous way to have tender chops, not to mention the scrumptous onions.

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2011
My husband said it belonged in a 5 star restaurant. Easy and fabulous. Did cut the oil in half, but otherwise followed the recipe. A keeper, will definitely make again and again.

Cottage Cheese Spinach Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2011
Delicious! The only problem I had was evenly flattening the chicken. But the results were so outstanding I will be making it again. Used Kickin Chicken seasoning and added 1/3 c. cream cheese to the cottage cheese. Yum, yum. Thanks, Beth

Blueberry Peach Parfaits

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2011
Delicious homemade custard made this a home run. Didn't have any trouble and I followed the instructions exactly. I do use unsweetened almond milk, but it didn't cause any problems. Nice slightly yellow color was perfect with the peaches, blueberries and whipped cream. Thanks, Beth

Oven Brown Rice

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2009
Never really cared for brown rice before. I added the trinity: carrots, onions, and celery. I also covered it. It was so creamy and tasty. I will always bake it in the oven. Thanks for the great healthy recipie.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2009
Love this twist on chicken. I used mild Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, because that's what I had. Cut the chicken into large chunks. Everything else as written. Yummy! I serve it with angel hair whole wheat pasta.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2009
Wow! Simple and fabulous. My husband and son were blown away. I had to use cream of Celery and sustiture Cooking Sherrry for the wine. I'm sure the original ingredients are delicious, too. Moist and tender pork chops. What a treat.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Yummy, yummy. Followed this exactly. Then stuck it in the smoker for the 250 degree, 5 hour part. The best chicken to ever come out of the smoker. Thanks!

Almond Crusted Pork with Apple-Rosemary Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2008
The pork was tender, flavorfull and looked beautiful with the almond crust when sliced. Maybe I did something wrong, but the chunky white sliced apple sauce did nothing for the looks. The onion and apple flavors cancelled each other and the rosemary out. It was bland. Will fix the tenderloin again, but not the sauce.
