OMG... So Delish! i didnt use coconut, family doesnt like it, instead of walnuts and corn flakes i just used a little more flour and rolled oats and used about a cup an half of salted pumpkin seeds, unsalted raw sunflower seeds and flack seeds.. added about 2-3 tsp of vanilla and tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 tsp of nutmeg. Turned out Fabulous! Great Recipe as a base!!! Thanks! and Yes the oil works Fantastic!.. only made half of recipe and added 1/4 cup of chocolate chips!

Chewy Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2010
I Love Love Love this recipe, my husband was sceptic about this recipe due to not containing eggs, BUT they are the Crispy/Chewy oatmeal cookies that i just love to death, if you make them very flat, you can then roll them onto a small rolling pin and make them curl over the pin and they will stay that shape so you could fill it with ur fave. cream & or dip the ends in chocolate. this recipe is Definatly not for someone watching thier wasteline. they are def greasy from all the butter but thats what makes them such a crispy deliciuos cookie that tastes like heaven.

Lemon Chicken II

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2009
i didnt follow through with the batter but i did make the Lemon sauce...just a note, taste your sauce when it thickens if it isnt @ your desired flavor then add more of whatever it lacks.. i didnt have white sugar so i used Brown instead and used about 4-6 table spoons as well as 3-4 tables spoons of lemon juice ( didnt have real lemons)i also didn have chicken stock so i had to disolve chicken stock powder into a cup of hot water. all in all this is a good recipe! thank you for sharing!
