Autumn Spice Ham Steak
I made this for supper last night with macaroni and cheese, and it was good. A little bit sweet for our taste, but I will make it again, and maybe use more cinnamon, less syrup, and maybe some ginger to cut the sweetness from the syrup. The ham steak came out so nice and tender, almost like it was marinated for hours. The apples were perfect, and the house smelled good. Thanks for the recipe.
