Italian Cream Cheese and Ricotta Cheesecake

I made this cheesecake for my husband's birthday. It is time for my son-in-love's birthday and he asked my daughter if I'd make it for his special day! I will be adding a cookie crust this time. Thanks for sharing a great one!!!

Chicken Marsala

Fantastic! Easy and delicious. The only change I made was to omit the Sherry and increase the Marsala. I made it for the luncheon following a friend's funeral. Everyone raved about how delicious it was and wanted copies of the recipe. Thanks.

Bulk Venison Breakfast Sausage

Terrific recipe, AmynJohn! We have 3 hunters under one roof and using all that venison can be a challenge before the next season rolls around. This will definitely help to use up the meat. We used Adobe seasoning instead of the curing mixture since I could not find the Morton's one you suggested. The entire family (even Grandma!) enjoyed our sausage gravy and biscuits this morning.
