No Bake Cookies V

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2008
Oh YES YES YES!!! Finally, the perfect chocolate oatmeal no bake cookie! I've been trying to find a recipe that doesn't crumble by the next day. These are actually chewy and set up so nicely. I used creamy pnb, boiled for 2 minutes, and 3 1/2 cups oatmeal-per others recommendations. I'm so excited, this is my quick chocolate fix, with added nutrition by way of oatmeal. That makes it alright to pig out, right?

Very gooey and good. Of course, kids absolutely loved it. Plan on eating all of it soon after you make it, because it gets tough by the next day.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Double the sauce, except for the dressing mix. I substituted chicken broth for the white wine. Everyone in my family LOVED this dish. It will go into the rotation for sure. A KEEPER!!

Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Tortilla Chips

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2008
This was terrific! I used Stacey's Pita Chips-cinn/sugar flavored. My husband ate one of my kiwi's the night before so I thought mine needed some more tartness. I added fresh bing cherries to it and that made it much better. I think I'm going to put the leftovers on top of waffles. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2008
My family LOVED this dish! I added salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a dollop of sour cream (at the end). You really need to stir it a couple of times to prevent burning. I used organic beef stew meat and it was very tender/falling apart. This is so much easier than my classic stove top recipe, which I am now replacing with this one! LOVED IT!!
