About this Cook
I am a proud mother of my daughter Taytlyn! :) She is my world, and she loves to "help" me cook.
My favorite things to cook
I loved to make Baked Ziti, probably because its my mom's recipe and everyone LOVES it. I also found a great Buffalo Wing recipe on here that I really like to make now. Baked Mac and cheese, twice baked potatos, and also Polonegian Pork Chops.
My cooking tragedies
Once I added WAY too much garlic salt to my ziti sauce, and although my boyfriend was eating it and trying to be nice, it was TERRIBLE! The worst part is that I had made the ziti before like 20 times and I still messed it up...oh well, lesson learned.

Pesto Chicken Florentine
I used dry garlic alfredo sauce and added a little more pesto since there was so much left from the packet I used to make it. Everyone LOVED this recipe and I will incorporate it frequently in our meals!

Spicy BBQ Chicken
My boyfriend and I really liked this recipe. I didn't have any Worcestershire sauce, but it still tasted really good w/o it. I'll definately make it again. However if I only had enough sauce for about 2lbs of chicken so I will make a little more sauce next time.

Taco Soup VI
Really enjoyed this recipe, I will use 2 cans of black beans next time though and probably add a little taco sauce to make it taste more like taco soup than chili. Also added 1/2 onion to the pot and let it simmer for about a 1/2 hr.
