Linguini with White Clam Sauce

I have made this recipe for my family (of semi picky kids) and it is an alltime favorite! The only thing I change is adding more clams....just cant get enough. By far one of my faves here

It did take awhile (almost 45 mins!) but it was AWESOME!!!! Well worth it. I also added a clove of garlic in with the shallots, but aside from that, made it exactly as written. Fantastic for my first attempt at making Risotto. Thank you for making my first experience being a good one!!

Pollo Fajitas

Excellent Recipe! Followed it exactly as written with the exception of a little dash of liquid smoke (I can't help it, I love the stuff!!) Everybody in the family loved it. Definitely a keeper!!!!

Spinach Cheese Manicotti

Excellent recipe!! The only things I did different was homemade marinara sauce (didn't have any jar stuff on hand), and I added some baby bella mushrooms (about 3/4c). This recipe rocks!!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Incredible flavor!!! This was a definite hit with the family. Make the recipe to the letter the 1st time and then modify but I think that this is great as is!

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

This is definitely a family favorite. I've made this many times just as written with excellent results every time. One addition that I've done is add a generous handful of mozz. cheese to give it a bit of "goo". The kids love this!!

Barbecued Beef

Absolutely Fabulous!!!! My family loves this dish. I made it exactly as written with one small exception. Since I didn't have any "regular" dijon mustard on hand, I used Jack Daniels Southwestern spicy brown mustard and it had a perfect "bite" to it. Also, spooned over home made toasted hamburger buns. DELICIOUS!

Cornish Game Hens with Garlic and Rosemary

Yet another hit with the family! This was very flavorful and moist. It is a bit "lemony and garlicky" as my kids said so those who can't handle the taste, adjust as necessary. I did like others who rated and put a mix of 1/4 cup butter, fresh rosemary, mashed garlic and a bit of lemon juice under the breast skin. I came out excellent!!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Maple Salmon

I've made this recipe several times for the family and it's come out FLAWLESS everytime. I've even tried it with trout with equally great results. My kids repeatedly request this dish. Thanks for the great recipe!

Award Winning Chili

My kids now have a new favorite chili! The unique flavor that the bacon and steak sauce provides is excellent. Also adding a bit of cayenne or "hot" chili mix gives it a bit more spunk. Great recipe thank you!

Perfect Turkey

This was an incredible bird!! I did exactly as the recipe called for and it was delicious. I've always bbq'd/smoked or fried our Thanksgiving turkeys but decided to roast this year due to Colorado weather not cooperating. Brining the bird in 2 cups kosher salt and using a non-reactive stock pot worked the best. Thanks for a great recipe that will definitely be used for years to come!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is my favorite slow cooker recipe hands down! I like the modification that you suggested with dredging with flour/spices and sear. The gravy comes out AWESOME!
