From the top of a heaping bowl of fresh buttered popcorn to the bottom of the cookie jar, there’s nothing quite like the taste of
REAL butter. As far back as I can remember butter made everything taste better whether it was spread on top of toast or melting over mashed potatoes. When I think of butter it brings me straight back to my childhood
and some of my favorite memories.
But, I have to say that my favorite
"trip down memory lane" with butter has to be baking with my Grandmother. She would transform her kitchen into a bakery of sorts and the sights and smells made my mouth water. Plus the fun of putting my hands into dough and getting
a bit messy wasn’t too bad either. This was not only a time to bake but a time to spend “quality time” together. In other words there were no interruptions - just great conversation and not to mention some fabulous baked goods as a result.
