Dessert Pizza
Lovely simple recipe. Instead of whipped cream, I use fat free cream cheese, 2/3 pkg, and fat free/sugar free vanilla yogurt, about 1 cup. Just tangy enough to compliment the sugar cookie dough. I also sprinkled brown sugar around the "crust" while baking, and would flatten down the middle while it was baking so it didn't get too big.

Turkey Mercedes
We loved this turkey recipe! I always like to try new versions of the classic holiday foods, and this was a great experiment. We had a 21lb turkey, so I doubled a bit of the sauce ingredients (wine, OJ) and I always use a bit more of seasonings. Honestly I used a cheap white wine, Cheninm Blanc. The turkey went great with Sweet Corn Cake. We had a TON of leftovers as the turkey was just for two, but it tasted great and the gravy I made out of the drippings was flavorful and spicy.

Creole Black-Eyed Peas and Rice
I made this to up hold the New Years Black Eye Pea tradition. What a geat dish!! I did double the creole and added chilli pepper, I liked the kick. I also used ground turkey instead of the beef, and chopped garlic in place of garlic powder. It made a lot of food, and everyone was pleasantly surprised that Black Eye Peas can actually taste good! Thanks for the recipe, can't wait to have leftovers today!
