It was certainly easy. I had to serve it while it was hot and it ran all over the plate. So, I'm trying it again and waiting to see if it sets up. It also needs more sugar! And, I agree with one of the other reviewers, I put the butter INSIDE the crust..it looks awful on the outside.

Coconut Marshmallow Cream Meringue Pie

I am a very good pie baker and I rate this recipe very highly. I bake pies at Christmas for other people and this is the coconut pie recipe I use every time. The only thing I change is I make all cream pie recipes in the microwave ( cooking the pudding part) - so much easier and they turn out perfect every time!

Ultimate Cranberry Pudding Cake

Absolutely delicious - wouldn't change a thing in the cake recipe! I also made half of the butter sauce and that's plenty! I sliced the cake and placed on a Christmas platter with the sauce in a bowl in the middle - beautiful display. This is a keeper for holiday parties! Thanks!
