Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2010
Amazing chicken!! Tasted great! I did make a couple changes... I didn't had enough bread crumbs, but I had 2 large cans of french fried onions, so i mooshed the 2 cans of french fried onions up in a gallon baggy, then dumped 1c of bread crumbs along with the parm cheese. I also added pepper to it. I didn't have worcteshersire sauce, so I made my own with 1/2c of soy sauce, 1/3c of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of malt vinegar, 2 TBS of rice vinegar, 2 TBS of cooking cherry, 1 tsp. of ground ginger, and a dash of pepper. I also added the mustard powder to the sauce rather then the cheese and onion mixture. I also used 2 cookie sheets instead of the glass pan!

Baked Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2009
Amazing!! I already have to make this again this weekend, by request! The ONLY thing I did was with the baked potatoe part. I cut the potatoes in slices3/4 of the way down, then I drizzled them with Olive Oil, then sprinkled the potatoes with Lawreys Season Salt and baked, then cut up the potatoes in cubes and mixed in and did recipe as it says!

Tater Tot Taco Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2009
This was an awesome alternative to tortilla chips! I have made it with Thousand Island dressing and also with Green Goddess dressing!!! The green goddess dressing is my favorite!!!! My kids LOVED the tater tots! (I also used regular sized tots.)

Unbelievable Grilled Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2009
absolutely fantastic bread!! I end up eating so much of this when I make it that i don't eat the main meal! You can alter this recipe in many ways, JUST DON'T USE MIRACLE WHIP INSTEAD! ICK! I would say the biggest thing I do is broiling it in the oven.

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2009
This sauce is awesome! And if you are like me and don't always have blue cheese on hand, you can substitute the blue cheese for parmesean cheese in the can!

Perfect Turkey

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2009
My absolute favorite turkey! I have made this about 4 times now! I will never go back to the old way. The only thing I do differently is I use an oven bag to put everything in! Makes it even more moist, so moist the meat falls off the bone!! mmm

I love this sauce! I make this same sauce for my pork chops!!! The only thing I do different is instead of using nutmeg, I use garlic powder :)

This is very good! I would like to add that you can make this without using a bread machine! I made it without a bread machine and it was fantastic.

Nany's White Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
This was very good, but I would consider this more of a cake to layer with whipped cream and fruit. It isn't quite what I would call a "birthday cake" It is very heavy, but still tastes great! Instead of using milk I used 1/4 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup water and mixed together. This is a great alternative to milk if you don't have any when you are making a cake. You can also use 1/4 cup mayonnase and 3/4 cup water and mix together.

Juicy Thanksgiving Turkey

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
Great recipe, It was very moist, but I did change up a couple things! The night before, I coated the turkey with Kosher salt and let it sit over night in the fridge in a pan of water. The next day I rinsed the turkey off and followed the recipe but I also coated the turkey with margerine and Instead of using foil, I used an oven bag! Everything I changed up also enhances how moist the turkey will be! It was so moist that the meat fell off the bone!! So good! mmmm
