High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
omg! I loved the simplicity of this. I bought an eye of round the other day not realizing it wouldn't create a pot roast that would fall apart. But found this recipe and used a spice rub with paprika, cumin and brown sugar and this ended up being so delicious for the last couple days. I cut it into the thinest pieces and we've been making sandwiches. When I took it out of the oven and was slicing the UPS guy came by and I had him try some and ended up printing the recipe for him. Thanks for a simple and delicious recipe.

Slow Cooker Moroccan Chicken
OMG, this was fantastic. I did double the the spices as we like a little more flavor on most dishes. And I used fresh peaches with fresh apricots as I didn't want to put over $3 worth of dried apricots and the fresh are so delicious this time of the yearjavascript:__doPostBack('ctl00$ContentPlaceholder$edit$saveButton',''). Oh, and I used chicken breasts on the bone with skin, and the chicken literally just fell off the bones which was one of those times I wished I had cooked it within cheese cloth because picking out the bones was a real pain, but worth it0 I also had a bundle of fresh mushrooms that I halved and tossed in and was glad. I do wish I had put some carrots in as it would have been super, so that is on the to do list for next time. We served it on white rice and loved it.

Blender Hollandaise Sauce
Yeah, I never realized how easy Hollandaise sauce could be. It was delicious! I go to a local restaurant for b-fast sometimes and they have this french skillet with homefries, onions, mushrooms, grilled chicken and eggs and on top is hollandaise sauce. I never made it at home because I thought I would never get the sauce right. It was perfect!!! I am almost scared because I can't imagine how often I am going to come up for excuses to make this (not the calorie-friendly thing I need) but sometimes you just need some delicious comfort food. I am emailing several friends this recipe cause they love the skillet as well. Cheers
