Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2009
This recipe was fantastic using JillBean14's and Momsavedbygrace's modifications. I did add salt, pepper and garlic powder to the floured meat before I browned it. I Mixed 1 Tbs. cornstarch in 2 Tbs. cold water and added that, then put in the sour cream and cream cheese. The sauce thickened up very nicely after about half an hour on high. Will make again and again!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2008
This recipe was just O.K. I will not even try to modify it. One reason I do not care for most slow cooker recipes is that you cannot taste as you go to season. I found this recipe to be very bland.

Pickled Eggs

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2008
When I first tried these eggs after 5 days,I thought I would not make them again. However, after 10 days they really are very good and I will be making more of them.We like to put them on our salads or eat them right out of the jar!

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
My husband really like this recipe and I liked the ease of preparation. The pork chops are very tender. It did need to cook for longer than 40 minutes, more like an hour or so for the potatoes to be tender.Next time, however, I will marinate the chops before hand for a little more flavor.

This is a great go to recipe when you have over ripe bananas to use up! My family really enjoys these muffins.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2008
This is a very good recipe and we all enjoyed it.However it is very salty.I used a lower sodium soy sauce, but, still a little bit too salty.Maybe I will try less soy sauce next time.It is very tasty and I think the chicken wouild be very good in a wrap.
