Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana
This recipe was great. I didn't change the ingredients at all. The only thing I did differently was cook the bacon and onion in the oven. I turned the oven up to 400F and put the bacon and chopped onion on a foil-lined cookie sheet and baked it for 15-20 minutes. I hate cooking bacon in a pan; the oven is way less work. :) This soup was fantastic!

Alfredo Sauce
I thought this was great. I had used a Classico alfredo sauce the night before, but didn't have enough sauce for all the left over pasta. So I tried this recipe and it was WAY better than the Classico! I was really surprised at how much flavor there was for not having much seasoning in it. I think the parmesan cheese is what adds a lot of the great flavor. Definitely use a whisk to mix in the cheese and get it to melt in.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Easy and tasty. I just tossed whole chicken breasts into the crockpot. Then, about 10 minutes before I wanted to serve it, I took the chicken breasts out, shredded them, and put it back in the crockpot. MUST have fresh cilantro to top the soup - so tasty!
