I love this one!! It is awesome the only thing I did differently was add a little bit of nutmeg. And after it was cooked I had to drain a little bit of the juice out and it was awesome. :):) Very good I will use this one again.

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo
I wish this had 10 stars because it would have been an 11. I sooooo love this one. I only did to different things I had sliced Mozeralla Cheese and since I did not have steak I used 1lb of hamburger and 1lb of susage and it was AWESOME!!!!!!! That was the only things I did differently and my husband said this is the best Philly Cheese(burger)steak he has ever had. He also said he really like the hamburger because none of it was chewey like sometimes that happens with the steak. My kids even cleaned there plates, and my father in law thought I went to a sub shop and got it. THANK YOU so much for sharing this.:):)

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
This was my husbands & I 1st turkey we made by ourselves & we have been together since 2005 & we love this recipe. We had to cook our turkey early this year because we r startin a new tradition, Thanksgiving in the woods camping. So we can really give thanks 2 our right 2 hunt, fish & camp which r all things we love 2 do as a family all 4 of us my husband, son, daughter, and myself. When I read all the reviews I modified the recipe some. Well ours was a 21 lb turkey & we cooked ours for 4 hrs with the foil on & the last hr took the foil off @ 350 degrees the whole time. We also doubled the recipe except the chicken broth instead of water, only 4 cups, & thankfully we did because several times we had 2 take drippings out. Then we had 2 use beef bouillon cubes since I was out of chicken bouillon cubes, we used 6 cubes instead of trying 2 measure that out. We added the parsley & minced onion as calls for. With the seasoning salt we had but my husband really loves Everglades Seasonings & he wanted 2 put that in instead of the seasoning salt, so we did. Then I also added a tbsp of granulated garlic, & 2 tbsp of black pepper. Then we put an onion in the middle of the bird 4 extra flavorings. So we buttered the bird under the skin & when I was doing that we took the baster & took some of the mixture & put it under the skin as well. We will recommend this recipe 2 anyone. . This is a 5 star recipe I just wish I could add more stars. We r also talking about usin this on chicken also
