Mongolian Beef and Spring Onions

This recipe was very easy and really tasty. Only complaint is that it has a lot of soy so pretty salty. I'm going to try it with a low-sodium next time to see if flavor still the same. A keeper for sure. I've tried several other recipes and this really has been the best.

Fabulous Wet Burritos

This is a Keeper. Even if I just make regular Taco's my son prefers a burrito. I'll just make the sauce and use it and he loves it! I will be putting this in my recipe box!

Slow-Cooked Chili

Lemon Herb Lamb Chops

Japanese-Style Sesame Green Beans

Very good! A nice change from same old green beans. Be sure to use regular soy sauce as the mild lower salt left them a little boring.

Baked Ziti I
