Banana Sour Cream Bread

This cannot be anything but a 5 star! Unbelieveable taste and texture. I just took it out of the oven, and is excellent with a cup of coffee. This recipie is over the top.

Excellent Broccoli Cheese Soup

This turned out great. I used half and half instead of milk, fat free cheese and corn starch to thicken. It was the best recipie for cream soup.

Tuna Noodle Casserole II

This tastes like my mom made when I was a kid. I did use a cup of milk instead of the evaporated milk and I used bread crumbs instead of potato chips. Still very yummy.

Grilled Tuna with Pineapple Salsa
