Best Ever Banana Bread
This banana bread is wonderful. I bake it often. It keeps well but usually doesn't hang around long. A favorite at work and at home. I divide it into two smaller pans for shorter baking time. I have used both real buttermilk and the buttermilk powder you mix with water. Both turned out wonderful.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
Add alot of chocolate chips and nuts to this because it is the only thing you will taste! The cookie part of it has very little taste. I used vanilla pudding and maybe using a flavor would help. I followed the recipe exactly so I don't know why they turned out like they did. I won't waste my time on these again. Very disappointing.
