My cooking tragedies
Salt is my problem a few times. My taste-buds love salt and i have suffered with low blood pressure so I cook without salt to suit hubby. Tell you something funny that my hubby has made fun about with the salt issue - Prepared the codfish by soaking it overnight to get rid of the salt and boiled it as well maybe twice and then ready to finnish it up and added some lawry's seasoning to it and salt it up again - it nearly kill him - LOL!!! We laughed our heads off. This is what happens sometimes when you have so much doing and being exhausted at the same time plus lacking in sleep. Ha ha ha Therefore, I don't cook with salt, eh!
