This recipe was exactly what I was looking for as my husband is a gravy fanatic and I am not. It was so easy to make, especially since the ingredients were all on hand. There was one modification that I thought was necessary; I combined the butter and flour first to make a roux, then added the liquid. This makes the smoothest gravy with not a lump in sight. My husband loved it!
