Baked Ziti I

This was awesome! I followed the recipe exactly, and it came out perfect. My whole family (including two toddlers) loved it. We served it with broccoli and garlic bread. The sour cream gave it a little zing that ricotta wouldn't have. Loved It!

Parmesan Chicken I

I followed the recipe exactly, and this did not turn out well. The rice was mushy, and the chicken was dry. Not a very good crockpot recipe.

Southern Potato Salad

I love potato salad, but I don’t like eggs. After searching grocery stores for potato salad with no eggs, I finally decided to make my own. I followed the recipe exactly except I didn’t add any eggs and it still came out great. I will definitely make this again!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

Ok...I did this recipe the easy way but it was still awesome. I poured 1/4 bottle of BBQ sauce in the slow cooker, put the ribs in, and than poured in the rest of the BBQ sauce, set it on high(4 hours) It was tender and delicious!

I dont understand the reviews knocking this recipe it was amazing! Funny thing is I changed NOTHING. All I did was scale it down to four servings and it was delicious. I Will be making this again and again.

Cindy's Pumpkin Pie

This recipe is very easy to make and delicious! I made it exactly how the recipe called for. I did take the suggestion mentioned in another review to melt the ice cream in the microwave first. This is a keeper.

Garlic Parmesan Orzo

This recipe was amazing! The only change I made is cutting back on the orzo by 1/2 cup (when I inadvertently dumped about half that down the sink) This was creamy and flavorful. I will be making it again.

Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

I made this two weeks ago and it was delicious. Easy to make and restaurant quality. I didn't use the garlic-herb flavored cheese like the recipe called for. However, without it the dip was sill flavorful. I served it with blue corn tortilla chips. Thanks for this recipe!

Dill Cucumber Dip

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite dips. Its easy to make and had a light, refreshing flavor. I didn't use the hot pepper sauce. I used fresh dill instead of dried. I passed the cucumbers (seeded) through the food processor and voila! An easy and delicious dip perfect for football season or parties. Thanks for sharing and go Bears!

Cathy's Banana Bread

Ive eaten a lot of banana bread in my day, but this is easily the best I've ever had. I took one of the other reviewer's suggestions and added another cup of banana (3 mashed banana's total) and instead of all white sugar I used 1 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of white sugar. The addition of cinnamon and nutmeg was a great suggestion too. Loved this!

Ham Broccoli Braid

I've made this twice now and I enjoyed it both times. Its a simple recipe that tastes like a complicated one! I took some of the other suggestions and added sour cream. I also brushed it with butter while it was baking.

Banana Pancakes I

Made these today. They came out delicious with a few additions. I added 1/2 tsp of vanilla as suggestion by other reviewers. I also added cinnamon, nutmeg and roasted pecans. Very tasty! Will make again
