Brazilian White Rice

I thought this was good,it had a great texture. Not sticky at all, but it needs alot more flavor! I used 1/2 water and 1/2 chicken broth, next time I wll try all chicken broth and more seasoning!

Orange Cream Fruit Salad

I drained the fruit for an hour, and added double the fruit! Fresh strawberries, bing cherries, grapes, and blueberries and omited the banana as it gets brown! Always a hit!!

Mexican Style Dip

I love this dip, I have been making it for years! I also add Hormel Chili, one can with and one without beans! You just omit the taco seasoning just garlic salt your meat while browning. You also can omit the H2O and salsa. Then top with jalapeno peppers, green onions, and black olives! GREAT!!! Always a big hit!!!

I would make it again, but I would kick it up. Add diced green chilies or more hot sauce. I would not put the ham in processor. I just chopped it!
