Blueberry Coffee Cake I

Made a bunch of changes like the reviews recommended. Used 1 1/2 cups flour and 3/4 cup milk. I also halved the topping and it was still sufficient. I also used 1/3 flour and a 1/3 cup oats in the topping. I baked it in a springform pan for an hour. IT WAS GREAT!
