Chicken Tikka Masala

I cut half the salt, per others advice and it was perfect. I also didn't have paprika, only smoked paprika. I was afraid it would hurt the flavor of the dish, but it turned out wonderful. I also broiled the chicken on some foil instead of breaking out the grill. Great recipe!

Italian Sausage Soup

$15 in ingredients and feeds a family of four for two days? Yes please! This recipe is quite delicious and we like to add a 1/4 cup of acini de pepe pasta for a little extra heartiness.

Potato Salmon Patties

I thought it was really tasty, though slightly dry. My biggest concern with this recipe was that there was an excessive amount of onion in it. I would personally cut the amount of onion back to 1/4 the original recipe amount.

Enchiladas Suizas

Unbelievable! The homemade salsa verde is encredible! For shredded chicken, I followed a common recipe of poaching the chicken breasts in boiling water for 20 minutes with a few onion slices and a couple of garlic cloves. I also cooked the enchiladas in a cast-iron skillet (same one used for frying the tortillas). I had to use flour tortillas instead of corn and I would suggest you brush the oil on instead of frying them in a pool of it- they'll just get too oily and soggy if you do.

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Easily the most made allrecipes.com recipe that we make in our household! You can really taste the lemon and pepper in this dish. The only thing we've tweaked over the past few months is to add cherry tomatoes for sweetness and color.

Grecian Pork Tenderloin

To add to the "Grecian" feel, I served the medallions, topped with Feta cheese crumbles. The perfect combination of tartness and richness. If I knew wines better, this could be the ultimate meal or hor de voir!
