Whole Wheat Blueberry Pancakes

Reviewed: May 31, 2012
Fantastic recipe. I was looking for a way to healthify the normal pancake recipe and found this. If you're eating them with syrup, then omit the sugar/sweetener all together. I used raspberries delicious.

Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes

Reviewed: May 27, 2012
I doubled the recipe to accommodate my family, omitted the oil . I found these pancakes to be runny in the middle, even though they weren't very thick. The flavour was really good but there is definitely room for improvement.

Easy Barbecued Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 4, 2012
These were really good, I chopped the veggies and cooked em up a bit then mixed the sauce and poured over the veggies and let the sauce thicken.. I then poured the sauce over the pork chops and grilled them on the bbq they were really good. I like mine a little overdone (love the crispyness) Sauce was great.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2011
I made this tonight and there was no leftovers!! Even my 4 year old liked it. I did make a few changes, but mostly everything I had in my pantry. I skipped the flouring of the chicken and just used S&P. I only had 4 cloves of garlic, but had some minced garlic in the fridge so used 2 TBS of that (we like garlic) I used a can of concentrated chicken broth (all I had) and mixed it with 1 cup of water, heated it through on the stove. I used the the amount of broth as the recipe called for, and added 2 TBS of cornstarch to thicken the sauce a bit, it tasted too vinegary for my liking so I added the rest of the broth and 3 TBS of cream cheese, covered and simmered until the cheese was soft and then stirred until smooth. WOW it was delicious. For a side I made plain penne with butter and parmesean but I ended up using half the sauce to top the chicken and mixing the rest in with the noodles. It was DELICIOUS. WILL DEFINITELY MAKE AGAIN!!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
Only giving two stars because when I looked at the recipe it looked simple and easy and stuff I'd have in my pantry lol which I didn't so instead I used two lipton onion soup mixes with 2 1\2 cups of water 2 tsp of flour mixed it placed veggies in placed roast in spinkled with keg steak seasoning and cooked on low for 8 hours. This was the best roast I ever ate!!! The keg steak seasoning was perfect for it!!! Soo tender and juicy! Will stick to my method thanks for the inspiration.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies from Heaven

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2008
Okay, so for this recipe I noted a few things, that might help others. When creaming the butter brown sugar do it only few a few seconds so its blended, then add in the eggs, peanut butter and vanilla and beat again but only for a few seconds, til mixed, you don't want it runny, that never makes for good cookies, add all your dry ingredients, fold into wet mixture, and then take off any rings, and use your hands to mix up the dough it works far better then any wooden spoon. After all is said and done, make your balls and place on baking sheet. I suggest not actually rolling them, as they crumble, instead squish between both hands to form ball shape. hope it helps~ but as for the actual recipe, I didn't like it, its to crumbley
