Get a Husband Brunswick Stew
I made the recipe exactly as directed and found the combination of ketchup and bbq sauce to be a bit too sweet. I had to add quite a bit of salt and hot sauce to compensate. While overall the recipe was great next time I will probably substitute plain tomato sauce for the ketchup and leave in the bbq sauce for a hint of sweetness. I can say that this was all eaten!

Clark's Quiche
Great basic recipe, very versatile. We have used everything from bacon and spinach to crawfish tails. Rather than use the pie crusts I use the pre-made refrigerated dough you just roll out and press it into a springform pan. Pre-bake dough for five minutes. Much tastier than the pie crust, and solves overspill problem.

Blue Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
These were fantastic! I made them for my New Year's Eve party and, even having made three times the number of caps, they disappeared in minutes.
