Everyone in the house loved it, and that's a rare occurrence. My two children and a close family friend raved and said the lemon cake was a smarter choice than the white cake (a suggestion I read). I did add extra (a couple of teaspoons) key lime juice to the mix and an extra teaspoon to the glaze. The cake came out moist, lemony and with a nice subtle lime flavor. Very good. Will make this again. Thank you Kaye.

Banana Smoothie I

Excellent recipe. Easy, tasty, healthy. I added some ice cubes to make it cold and kept the egg in it so it froths up nicely. Since I work out I also threw in one scoop of protein powder. Found the recipe last week and have already made it three times. Highly recommended. Thanks to the contributor.

Creamiest Rice Pudding

I must be dense because I've tried this twice and while the taste is great, it's rice milk, not pudding. I can't get it to set up...at all. From all the fantastic reviews, I have to "out" myself as a hack in the kitchen. No clue on this recipe, which I'd like to share with my daughters. Might try to suck it up and try one more time.
