I used mainly a combination of Janiece and Krista's recipes with one major alteration. Rather than boneless chicken breasts, I used thighs on the bone. I combined 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup, diced onion, 4 thighs on the bone, 10 oz. can of peas/carrots, and 10 oz. can of sweet corn, 2 TB's of I can't believe it's not butter, and covered with Chicken Broth, added salt, pepper and onion powder. 3 hours into the slow cooking, I used one can of biscuits and broke them into small pieces and dropped them into the crock pot. I think two cans of biscuits is too much. After 6 hours in the crock pot, I separated the thighs and shredded the chicken. I then put the chicken back in and let cook on low for another two hours. My girlfriend thought it was fanatstic and will be added to our cold and rainy day menu. Thank you to all for your advice.
