Morgan's Grilled Fish

Reviewed: May 26, 2004
My family doesn't eat fish that often and I was looking for a fast and easy grilling recipe. After reading reviews of not having much flavor I tweaked it to my families taste and we all enjoyed it even the kids. What I did add was lemon pepper and 3 cloves of garlic and 2 lemons. Would make this again and experiment more with it.

No-Noodle Zucchini Lasagna

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2008
I wasn't to sure about using zucchini in lasagna but was very pleased with how this turned out. I salted the zucchini but it still came out watery so next time I will make my sauce very thick to compensate even w/ that said it was still delicious !

I did make one change and that was to use worcestershire sauce in place of the soy. I love it and it reminded me of when my mom would make it for the holidays

Mexican Cucumber Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2003
I didn't have all the ingrediants to this so I improvised with what I had. I didn't add green pepper so I just left that out. Added some fresh chopped garlic and cumin for some kick (we like spicy) and it was good even after it sate for a couple of days. Thanks, we will be using it again and again. Sonya

Deep Dish Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2003
This was my first attempt at making lasagna and I was a little worried at first but it was so easy. I think the hardest part was getting everything ready at the same time. The family loved it and said it tasted homemade.... I did make a few adjustments though to my taste like I added 2 cloves of garlic to the cheese mixture and used prego spaghettis sauce. It was awesome thanks for the recipe

Chocolate Cherry Cake III

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
After reading the recipe several times and looking at my dried mess in my bowl I decided to follow the cake directions and add the liquid since these directions just said add cherries and eggs....otherwise this would have been a 5 star dessert. IT was delish and the chocolate topping is a must. I did poke holes in the cake before adding frosting and WOW
