Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2003
This was my first attempt at shish kabobs and this recipe was awesome. I did what other recommended and seperated the mushrooms from the chicken ( was a little worried about cross contamination) the marinade was so delicious I used red wine just cuz that is what I had on hand and it made a wonderful flavor I couldn't quit eating the mushroom marinade ! The whole family loved it thanks for the great recipe ! Sonya

Baked Mushroom Thighs

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2003
I really enjoyed this recipe as did my kids. It was very crispy and such great flavor . I only made a couple of changes I used only have the can of soup and reserved the other half for the sauce. Not to keen on reusing sauce tainted with chix blood and I used fresh garlic. Will definately use again. Thanks for the great recipe.

General Tsao's Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2003
The whole family loved it. I think the hardest part of this recipe was cooking all the chicken.......(I have smaller kids and had to cut smaller pieces) but the final result was nice...I had to cook to the kids's taste buds I prefer mine spicy . Maybe next time I will add some hoisin sauce, But will definately make it again. Thanks sonya

Deep Dish Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2003
This was my first attempt at making lasagna and I was a little worried at first but it was so easy. I think the hardest part was getting everything ready at the same time. The family loved it and said it tasted homemade.... I did make a few adjustments though to my taste like I added 2 cloves of garlic to the cheese mixture and used prego spaghettis sauce. It was awesome thanks for the recipe

Brownie Biscotti

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2002
I think I must have done something wrong with this recipe cuz it burned to easily. I cooked it at the recommended 375 . It was easy to make and the pieces that werent burnt were good. I guess next time I will just watch my oven more closely. Sonya
