This was good! I tried it twice, once marinating for two hours then again marinating it overnight. My only issue is that when I marinated it overnight, the marinade only penetrated the top layer of the fish so the flavor didn't go all the way through (which I would have liked). That is probably more to do with how I marinated than anything though (I've never marinated fish before). Also the maple flavor wasn't as strong as I would have liked, but I also used grade a medium instead of dark, so that might have had something to do with it. I'll definitely try this again and keep tweaking until I find the right way to do it for me. Overall a great recipe though, I definitely wouldn't have thought to prepare it this way! Thanks!
