This was so awesome and so easy!!! I never make mousse because normally it takes too long to not only make it but to wait for it chill for hours! This sets in no time and is really easy and when you add some whipped cream and chocolate shavings in a nice glass dish or cup, it makes for an elegant dessert for company. I will for sure make this again. I thought it was pretty sweet but instead of granulated sugar, I used powdered sugar and it lightened it up a bit.

Chicken and Turkey Marinade

This was such an awesome marinade! I was running out of ideaa to make chicken! This was very flavorful and my hubby who is not a bug chicken lover LOVED it! It is one of the best chicken marinades I have ever had. THanks.

Burrito Pie

This was soooo goood! And it is one of those perfect pot luck dishes or any other time you have to feed a lot of people or prepare a meal in advance! Very convenient and very filling. There is so much flavor in this pie, you really need no other garnish but we did top it with sour cream and avocado slices and served it with tortilla chips. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves burritos. Yummy!!!! this is a definite keeper. Thanks.

Salisbury Steak

I loved this!! My husband loved it too. I added chopped onions to the meat but next time, I will not do that as it was too much onion! But even with that extra strong flavor, it was great and will be even better when I try it again without the extra onions. I am not a gravy person but my husband is and he always complains that I never make gravy for him. This gravy is easy and he loved it! Thanks!

Baked Macaroni and Cheese I

This seemed so easy and I followed the recipe completely but it was so bland! No tang at all. I didn't really like it but maybe I didn't use enough spice or the right kind of cheese.

Mexican Chicken Kiev

This was really good but I substituted crushed tortilla chips instead of bread crumbs and omitted the parmesan too and cheddar cheese instead of jack because I like it better for more tang. I am going to try pepper jack next time. I top it with the chilis and some Roma tomatoes and onions too just at the last 5-10 min. of cooking. Yummy!
