Grilled Sea Bass

Good grief this is delicious. Instead of mixing up the seasonings I sprinkled directly onto the fish and also gave them a very light coat of flour. I went ahead and mixed the butter, garlic and parsley together. Finishing with a drizzle of olive oil was great advise. Off the grill I cover the fish plate with a second plate to ensure it was served moist and hot.

Beer Batter Fish Made Great

If you use the beer and flour only suggestion (which makes a great batter), be sure to season the fish heavily. We will make this again.

Oven Fried Chicken III

Delicious. I used breasts and cut into chucks for quicker cooking. Added a pinch of cayenne pepper and old bay seasoning. I try to be "green" and used a bowl to shake the chicken and spices together. The kids and husband said 4.75 stars. I served with couscous.

Butternut Squash Soup

This is really good. I also cooked the squash in the oven first. It is so much easier peeling and cubing. Also, I only used one package of cream cheese. I think the 2nd package would have made it to creamy and overpowered the squash. I did still use the same measures of all other ingredients. The family loved it. My dad asked for the recipe to make for friends! I will make this again and again.

This is delicious and easy. I served it with creamy pasta primavera (without the chicken, used brocolli, red peppers - diced and zuchhini. A wonderful dinner.

Monkey Bread I

A little to buttery. The nuts (I used pecans) and raisins were an added plus to the monkey breads I have made in the past. Definitely use a pizza cutter for the biscuit dough, it is the best and fastest way to quarter the dough.
