I always like to try to make a recipe exactly as written the first time. This was especially important to me with this since it is the first time I have made potato soup (crazy, huh?). My marital unit said that you can tell with the first taste if a potato soup is any good, and this was proclaimed "magical". It turned out very good. I imagine next time I may add a clove of minced garlic since my family love garlic, and I may do as another reviewer suggested and add some instant potato flakes to thicken it a little more. This is comfort food at its best, and is definitely a keeper. Thanks, Ellie11!!!

Made these for a Superbowl Sunday gathering, and man are they ever a major hit! Love these, if I could give them 10 stars, I would. (Consider wearing gloves while de-seeding the peppers, though. My cuticles on on fire!)

Delish! We really liked this alot. Served it with quinoa and steamed broccoli. Yum-yum-yum. And so easy too! That makes it all that much better!
