Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
used 1/4 cup less milk; used half the sugar (fruit is sweet enough!!); added 2x the amount of peaches and 4oz of blueberries; I also added a crumble on top.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Great, and easy. Made a few changes, only because I didn't have all the original ingredients! - Used EVOO instead of butter - A touch less mayo - didn't have basil, so used a mix of oregano + parsley - used a pear vinegarette (will use LESS than 2 tbsp next time) - NO onion powder, and NO celery salt - fresh grated parmesan cheese I think made the dish!

Amazing Butternut Squash
perfect the way it's stated.. it can fit in a 9" pie dish. I did use more parmesean.. I would use more butter too for the topping.
