This is a great recipe. I made it twice already and it has been a big hit at my house both times. Thank you.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2008
I seasoned this with my own favorite spices and put it on foil it turned out wonderful. Better than the oven actually. It was really moist and the skin was surprisingly crisp. I decided to try it again with the reviewers suggestions of putting it on potato and onion halves and it wasnt' the same. Introducing liquid from the vegatables makes the skin not as crisp and the meat not as flavourful. Foil is absolutley the way to go with this recipe season it how you like it and you are good to go. Thanks for a great idea.

Cranberry Sunflower Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2008
This recipe is good. The flavor and texture of the bread is really light and soft. I halved the recipe and prepared it in my breadmaker and it rose way too high. I had to cut a piece off of the top or else it would have overflowed it. Next time I will make one third of the recipe instead.

Cinnamon Cranraisin Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2008
Great recipe. I saw my mother (who normally hates bread) sneak a few pieces of this. I did up the cranberries to 1 cup and added 2 tablestppns of brown sugar in addition to the white sugar. The bread itself is a good base for sweetbread that you can add your own favorite ingredients to like rasins shredded coconut nuts etc. This recipe is excellent and I will experiment with other additions next time.

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2008
Very good recipe. I have a lot of friends who are vegetarians who would appreciate this. It was so easy to make. The batter looked slightly dry but when cooked it was the right texture. I scaled down the recipe to fit into a 9x9 inch pan and I may have overcooked it somewhat but it was still tasty. It is not as sweet as the brownies I am used to so maybe next time I will add some chocolate chips along with the dry ingredients (I omitted the frosting).

Chocolate Chip Bread II

This recipe is good. The bread has a light texture texture. I followed the others suggestions of freezing the chocolate chips. It turned out very well I will make this recipe again.

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2007
This is an excellent whole wheat bread recipe. I forgot to add the dry milk powder but the results were still excellent. It had a great light texture and nice taste. I can't wait to make this bread again.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2007
I went to the store to buy ingredients to make this and the cashier said "Baking?" I said "Yeah" she asked "What are you making?" I replied "cinnamon rolls." She gasped and said that she only knew one person who could make them properly and wished me luck. Well for my first try they turned out absolutely amazing. Thanks for this recipe and for allowing me to join the ranks as one of the few who can make good cinnamon rolls.

Buttery Rolls

Excellent Recipe. Whenever I say I am going to make bread my family requests these rolls over any other recipe I have tried.

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2007
This is indeed the Best Bread Machine Bread. I recently bought a bread machine and was using the recipes included with the instructions...they were pretty bad...bread hot out of the oven should taste good but these ones just had a weird almost moist cloth sort of texture. They were only bearable when they were cooled or toasted. Also they were very dense, didn't rise well (mini loaves) and could never be kept for more than a day because they got hard very quickly. I tried your recipe and was astonished with the difference. The bread is amazing warm and equally good cooled or toasted. It is so soft and will keep for days it also rose to the top of my bread machine to make a full loaf. This is how bread should be. Thanks for this great recipe I will be using it again and again.

Peasant Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2007
This is the first time I have attempted a bread recipe that did not call for any fat...I won't be trying any other fat free bread recipes any time soon. The dough was just a sticky mess. It rose well but had no structure at all...it was just a big lumpy blob. Then on the second knead the sticky mess stuck to the sides and had to be manually pushed down with a spatula. When it finished cooking the crust was strange there were so many holes and the inside was like a sponge...massive craters and a rubbery texture. I said I was going to throw it away but my father who loves bread begged me not to...that is until I cut into it and revealed the spongy texture...he then offered to take care of the disposal himself.
