I make a lot of Challah. Its a type of Jewish bread with lots of eggs and it's slightly sweeter than most bread.

Chicken or Turkey Crepes with Tarragon
I asked my mom what she'd give this since I didn't like it at all and she said 2 and a half to 3 stars. My dad ended up putting ketchup on it. I followed it exactly and it was just kinda bland and a little funny tasting. I'm sorry.

Sweet Blackberry and Brandy Sauce
I made this to compliment a duck dish so I added a little soy sauce and rosemary to make it more savory. All in all pretty good.

Filet Mignons With Pepper Cream Sauce
This was a very delicious recipe. I used a shoulder steak, not a filet, but it gave class to a cheaper cut. I rubbed a tiny bit of garlic onto the steaks and also used half and half because that's what I had. It also took a little while for the sauce to thicken so I added a bit of cornstarch. All in all very good and will make again.
