Turkey Burgers with Brie, Cranberries, and Fresh Rosemary

The best Turkey burger I've ever had. Made exactly per the recipe with ONE change. Since some of the other reviewers had used cranberry sauce instead of ketchup, I thought I'd kick it up with 2 T of cranberry horseradish sauce instead of either ketchup or cranberry sauce. 5 stars!

Crispy Edamame

Mine turned out looking exactly like the picture, crunchy and all, but they got cold fast and became not so appetizing. I probably could have salted them more but I thought the parmesan cheese and a little salt would be enough since we are trying to use less salt. I won't make these again. I like my edamame hot or cold not lukewarm.

Rhubarb Pork Chop Bake

This is an awesome recipe. I only had pork steaks instead of loin chops, but otherwise I didn't change a thing. My husband said it was Sunday Dinner with company good. The rhubarb and the bread cubes carmelize during the cooking and are a wonderful compliment to the pork. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Friendship Soup Mix in a Jar

This was very good soup. I followed other reviewers tips and used tomato sauce and a 15 ounce can of tomatoes. It looked very pretty in the jar with the bullion at the bottom as some reviewers recommended. I would have given it 5 strs, but it was not "knock your socks off good".
