Spaghetti Sauce with Ground Beef

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2012
I made this as written with a few suggestions from others such as using crushed tomatoes instead of diced to make it creamier. I will never buy a bottled sauce again. I loved it. Thanks so much for sharing!!

Easy Cheesy Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2012
I didn't add the cheese but followed all other directions. I used a round Italian bread...it turned out just as good as Grisanti's bread...YUM

Mushrooms and Peas Rice

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2012
My family enjoyed this. I did add some light soy sauce, minced garlic and onion while sauteing the mushrooms for a little more flavor. The soy sauce really gave it the right kick. This has become a keeper in my house

Easy Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
This was a hit in my house. I just brushed on the garlic butter and then coated to save on calories and it still turned out fantastic.

Fast and Friendly Meatballs

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2010
I used 93% beef instead of turkey - I did add minced garlic, italian seasoning (I used plain bread crumbs -I like to seaon things myself), salt and pepper...and they were the 'bomb' as my teenage son put it. I also omitted the oil and preheating of dish...I just lined a cookie sheet with foil and sprayed with cooking spray.

Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
I made mine with the Splenda blend but it still turned out awesome. I gave the first 3 loaves as gifts then made some for work. I have been asked for the recipe many times. I have made 21 loaves since Thanksgiving. The most easiest and enjoyable bread I have ever made.

Garlic Prime Rib

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2009
I halved this recipe for my 4 lb roast since it is just my son and I. It was fantastic. The only suggestion I can give is take roast out a little earlier since it continues to cook during the resting period. I took mine out when temp read 145 and I did cut to make sure it was at medium rare - but after the resting period, it was more of a medium. But other than that - A+
