Swiss Cheese 'n' Onion Quiche

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2009
Really good quiche! I made it crustless, used 4 eggs, 1 & 1/2 cups of half & half, and added some mushrooms. Cooked a bit longer than the recommended time as well. I sauteed the onions first until they were nice and brown - yum! Family loved it!

Fluffy Pancakes

Awesome - these taste like yummy restaurant pancakes! We added a bit more liquid due to high altitude, otherwise they were perfect.

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2009
This was fabulous, esp. on a 20 degree night - so warm and comforting. DH thought it was great, and my son, who loves all kinds of soup, declared it his favorite! I did add sauteed carrots, onion, celery and garlic. Delish!

Creamy Spiced Coleslaw

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
We enjoyed this recipe! My hubby is picky about his coleslaw (likes it with a good amount of dressing - if you don't like so much, you may want to adjust and use less at first), but he loved this. I did use 1/4 cup of sour cream and 3/4 cup of mayo.

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2009
Excellent recipe! I didn't have enough maple syrup so I used half syrup and half honey, cooked in the oven at 375 - covered for 40 min, uncovered for another 20. I poured the remainder of the marinade over the top of the tenderloin and placed it under the broiler until thoroughly coooked. Very moist and flavorful!

BBQ Country Style Ribs

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2009
These turned out dry, tough. They were not cooked nearly long enough to tenderize, and didn't care much for the lemon flavor.

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2009
Delicious! Very much like seafood restaurant biscuits. I added fresh grated parmesan, 1/4 tsp baking soda, and garlic powder to dry mix. Used 1 & 1/2 cups cheddar, and they were wonderful. I live at high altitude so had no problems with watery biscuits using the whole cup of milk. Great recipe!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2008
This is the best chicken parmesan recipe I've ever fixed! The whole family loved it. As suggested by others, I only used 1/2 C of parmesan and 1/2 C of breadcrumb with garlic powder added, and just one egg, which was plenty. I put pizza sauce on the bottom of the baking dish, and a traditional pasta sauce on top of the chicken. Very very yummy!!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: May 26, 2008
Awesome recipe!!! My whole family ate until I thought everyone was going to explode :) I served this with green peas, wild rice mix and a green salad, and it rivaled any restaurant meal we've ever had. I did pound out the chicken breasts first and added a little extra ham, cheese, and wine. Thanks for a super recipe!!
