Caramelized Onion and Gorgonzola Pizza

This is very good. Next time I will put a thin layer of BBQ sauce on the crust before cooking. I tried dipping, and it was delicious.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Incredible!! So simple, but so, so, SO delicious. This recipe was perfect for frosting a two-layer carrot cake. It looks beautiful, too.

Oh my! Best carrot cake ever!! I added golden raisins and used pecans instead of walnuts, but those were the only changes I made. I also baked in two 9" rounds, for about 40 minutes. I took the advice of others and used Cream Cheese Frosting II, which made this just about the most perfect thing I've ever made.

We eat a lot of lamb, so this was great for variety. Everyone loved it! I didn't have lemon juice, so used lime. It was great!

This was delicious! Everyone loved it. I'd use a little less salt next time, but my family all said no, keep it the same. I'm the cook, so I get to do what I want, but I wouldn't change anything else.

Indian Chicken Curry II

I tried this with a couple of the other suggestions (extra curry powder, cooking the spices first) and found it to be kind of bland. I probably wouldn't make it again.
