Bacon Cheddar Chive Muffins

Reviewed: May 19, 2008
So Good! i made them for a cook out as the bread with ribs and they where great. I also made them for my hair dresser earler that day and she ate 3 in the span of only 10 min. so easy to love that just mixing the wet and dry then mixing them to geather is easy. i will be making them again. Next time i am going to try to make them without the sugar and make them with apple sause to skip the 1/2 cup of vegi oil. not to good for you! i will let you all know. THANKS FOR A GREAT RECIPE!

Holy Smoked Bacon and Mushroom Penne

Reviewed: May 19, 2008
The bacon is all the dish. I only had 2 pices to put in so i thought just less is ok with some bacon bits in it. NO WAY this thing need lots of bacon. i used white wine witch helped but what also helped was 1/2 a can of cream of mushroom soup. It helped thicken it. mmmm, However the hole cooking off the liquid is not fun use 1/2 that is told to. i used 1/2 cup white wine, 1/2 cup of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of the chicken. Hope i helped:-)

Easy Cheap and Yummy Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2008
sooo yummy! it is like eating a great big corn dog! However i did have issues with the 9 by 13 in pan. one package of hot dogs covered the pan. The one pacage of corn bread batter was not enuf to cover the 9 by 13 pan so i made another and that did the trick However this makes it dry to eat with all the bread. Next time i am going to use 3/4 of the beans a smaller pan, all the hotdogs stated and then just one package of corn bred.

Ham and Swiss Casserole

This was good but I used shredded Swiss cheese instead and that was good. I would like this more for breakfast for dinner but still yummy. Don't forget a little garlic in this dish.

Mushroom Orzo

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2008
My Husband loves this dish and so do I. I think the 1/2 a onion is just fine. The only thing i would change is the fact that the mushrooms and the onions should both be pre cooked, till onions are clear and the mushrooms are almost cooked that way the rest of the cooking can be done when the orzo is in the wine and broth. On top of that i would also do as the other cook says and melt the cheese after romoveing from heat to mix in. This makes the hole thing creamy and yummy.
