exceptional! Thanks for a good "old fashioned" recipe for sure. I am actually rating this recipe as is, with no changes believe it or not... :) If you make these, DON'T change anything. Here's a good hint for ANY pancake recipe though, if you want to add just a little spice: Sometimes when I make these I add about half teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Sometimes I don't! Try it, you might like it a lot. It doesn't change the recipe, just adds something if you like cinnamon flavor.

Soft Breadsticks

Really really good. I think depending on your oven you will have to adjust the time as with anything. I am high elevation so I stuck with the temp but only cooked for 12 minutes and they were perfect. The only thing I would recommend as far as assembly is a "healthy dose" of flour on your surface and maybe breaking pieces off the size you want and rolling out with your hands like a rope then flattening just a tad to about the 1/4" size. Just made it easier for me. BUT, the recipe itself and the taste and texture were wonderful! Thanks for sharing

Olive Oil Dip for Italian Bread

Buttery Pan Rolls

My family LOVES these rolls. I always cut recipe in half but change absolutely nothing with the ingredients. It does take some time to make but we appreciate the results very much! Thanks so much for this great roll :)

Simple White Cake

Thank you thank you for this recipe!! Since I found it less than a month ago I have made it four times!! It really does make the best cupcakes I have ever tasted. They are so moist and yummy and the batter is easy to work with. As long as you mix WELL these will turn out perfect.

Baked Potato Soup

Wow!! This is a recipe that anyone can make with ingredients that most everyone would have on hand. My one year old, four year old AND 9 year old children ate theirs all and wanted more! I actually followed the recipe exactly (for once) and it was so wonderful. Next time I might double just to have leftovers as well. Thanks so much for sharing!

Chocolate Surprise

No kidding, one of the best cookies I have ever made. I read a review that had a lot to say about the mess which I didn't really understand. It was just a couple mixing bowls, measuring cups and a baking pan and some beaters to clean up just like any other cookie! I say make them for sure. I used mini marshmellows (2) since I didn't have any large and topped some with chopped nuts and some without. These are chewy and chocolatey like a brownie but with something "extra". As for the icing, brushing it on did seem like it may make it difficult so I just drizzled in on with a small spatula and they looked fabulous! You can't eat just one of these :)
