Homemade Beef Breakfast Sausage Patties

Very tasty. Almost as good as my grandfather's beef sausage (whose recipe I don't have). I made and ate them the same day and they were still delicious. Can't wait to try again letting them sit overnight.

Sky-High Biscuits

Light, flaky, and really tasty. It's one of those recipes that you expect the creator to keep a secret. I'm glad I finally found a recipe my whole family likes. My son says, "They're even good cold!" I did not have any cream of tartar on hand, but the biscuits were still great.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These come out perfect every time. I usually add a little extra water after mixing everything together to thin out the batter. Without thinning, it makes a really thick pancake that can a while to cook. Either way the pancakes taste great.

Russian Tea Cakes I

I have never had these before as I am allergic to nuts. I made these without nuts and thought they tasted pretty good. Everyone else who tried them said they tasted "just right".

Smashed Cauliflower

This was quite yummy and my husband has requested to have it often. I steamed the cauliflower instead of boiling it in chicken broth and added a few tablespoons of sour cream. After using the potato masher, I switched to a hand-held mixer. The consistency was not runny at all.

Rich Chocolate Frosting

A wonderfully chocolate flavor! I did lower the sugar as several people suggested and also only made 1/2 of the recipe. Finally a frosting that tastes more like chocolate than sugar! I will make this again and try lowering the sugar even a bit more.
