Banana Banana Bread
These really are no fail. I made muffins because i was short on time & they were done in 25-30 minutes. I was short on nanners, I had 2 large super ripe which I used then added applesauce to equal barely over 2 cups and it was PLENTY. Other than that I made exactly as written and will make again. I will add some walnuts next time, maybe some raisins. It really is an excellent recipe for moist banana bread/muffins. Oh and I don't think vanilla has any business in this banana bread, people go make CAKE if you want cake, this is banana bread. Thanks for the recipe!!

Southern Dirty Rice
FANTASTIC! Im from southeast Texas & miss my cajun food....this was pure comfort for me..the real deal sha. I used gizzards & hearts since thats the only way they sold it in the store, then ground beef instead of the liver since the liver were frozen solid. Also, had to add some Tony's seasoning & bell pepper,(that's the cajun way anyway..toss in a little this & that) SO GOOD!! Thank you!
