Cranberry Dip
I made this mainly for the color next to the quacamole for Christmas. But OMG, this was such a huge surprise for taste. No one could stop eating it. I made it exactly as the recipe called. My only advice is that when you cook the cranberries put them in a pot with tall sides, it started overflowing all over my oven.
