Basic Cream Cheese Frosting
Terrific!!! Made exactly as directed. Put on top of carrot cake, fantastic!

Man-Lovin' Potatoes
WOW!! These were terrific! The only change I made was I omitted the bacon as I had none on had... I have now made these four times and they have been a huge hit each time! Thanks for the recipe!
